  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. We occasionally offer promotions that may include discounted or free shipping; please check our website for current offers.​
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please note that while we strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner, Verterra cannot guarantee delivery timelines once your shipment has been handed off to the carrier. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen events may impact transit times.

We strongly recommend placing your orders as early as possible—especially for time-sensitive events—to allow for potential delays beyond our control. VerTerra is not responsible for missed deadlines due to carrier-related issues once an order has left our facility.
