Food at the Great Chef's Dinner last weekend was served on plates made entirely of dried leaves and we were kinda digging them. The eco-friendly plates, from Verterra, are remarkably attractive and are away better alternative to Chinet, both environmentally and aesthetically. (Fun fact: Did you know Chinet is a Finnish brand? It's true!) The plant plates can be found at Whole Foods or online. [Curbed Hamptons]
