Paper plates and plastic utensils may be easy, but they use up a lot of resources to be used only once. Eco-friendlier (and far classier-looking!) options: Eco-Products' Plantware High-Heat Utensils, which are compostable; and VerTerra dinnerware, which are made using fallen palm leaves.
